Our Community

The Mt. Pleasant community is in the heart of the southeast area of Cleveland, Ohio. Its rich history of diverse people, cultures, and architecture makes this community one of the most unique areas.

The Mt. Pleasant community is also exceptional by the fact that its majority community members, African Americans, were among its earliest residents. To date, Mt. Pleasant Heritage House is committed to enriching and empowering the global community through cultural awareness and education.
